Jane’s Biography

Hello and welcome to my website.I hope you find all the information you’re looking for and if not, please contact me. I qualified as a nurse in 2002 from Chester University and specialised in Critical Care.

I have been fortunate to spend some time working in London at the famous St Thomas Hospital in Westminster and when returning the following year I was equipped with the skills required to work as a specialist intensive care nurse for a nursing agency. This position allowed me to work in a huge variety of settings and gain experience of all different specialities presented in intensive care units, including neurology, burns and post op cardiac surgery.

Working as an agency nurse allowed me plenty of time off which i used to study my hobby, photography and gain my HND from Mid-Cheshire College. It was during this time i became more and more interested in ‘what makes people beautiful’. My curiosity let me to look at plastic surgery and the length people go to for improved beauty.

I contacted an old friend and colleague who has made a very successful career as a Plastic Surgeon and is highly regarded in the industry. He took me ‘under his wing’ as my mentor and combined with his excellent teaching and my advanced training from one of the UK’s premier training centres it has equipped me with the skills needed for this fast moving specialist industry.I can only say the rest is history! Advanced Cosmetic Solutions was founded in 2008. I have found my dream career combining my medical skills and my interest in beauty and aesthetics. My hobby has become my job which i am grateful for everyday.
